I really got myself into a jam today, and called three different places, but no one was able to help me right away...and it had to be right away. When I called Bob's Mobile and explained my desperate situation, the receptionist was very nice, and went out of her way to contact Bob, who was out on a job. She was able to convince him to come and help me. In order to do so, he really had to go the extra mile. That's what I'll take away from this experience at Bob's Mobile: They went the extra mile! THANK YOU!!!
